It’s not only the tipples that makes this bar so extraordinary – its aesthetic is one of the restaurant’s most striking features. Designed by contemporary artist Ara Starck – daughter of designer Philippe Starck, whose iconic transparent ghost chairs add a striking modern element to the eclectic space – our cocktail bar is a place for late-night conversations, striking up new friendships, and letting your spirit shine.

There are iconic fine dining destinations in Ibiza, and then, there is Amalur. The elegant restaurant – set in a chic finca on the road from Ibiza to Santa Gertrudis – has been attracting discerning locals and travellers since its inception in 1981 and in 2021, the legendary establishment has undergone a masterful evolution, with respect to its rich culinary and cultural heritage while stepping into a new chapter.

The walls of the bar are lined with top shelf spirits, homemade tinctures, fresh and preserved ingredients, sparkling crystalware and glimmering shakers. Classic cocktails and a selection of bespoke blends designed exclusively for Amalur are on the menu, alongside fine wines, high-quality sherry, a selection of deluxe Italian dessert wines, bubbles and more to impress even the most discerning drink lover.

A meal at Amalur is not complete without sampling the delights of our unique cocktail bar. Like a pocket of pleasure within the walls of the restaurant, the soft glow of the bar emanates out into the dining room, enticing guests to linger longer after lunch or dinner, whether for a little afternoon delight or a nightcap.

Our menu has evolved with the restaurant, and we serve an Italian-influenced, contemporary Mediterranean menu at lunch and dinner, all year round. Seasonally inspired, using the highest quality local produce and created with love, every dish on the hand-written menu is a star in its own right.

Exquisite flavours, culinary flair and the finest, freshest ingredients are consistent across the menu, all complemented by creative and artistic presentation. More than just a meal, dining at Amalur is an experience to be savoured, inspiring gastronomic memories that will last forever.

We present four courses, Italian style, beginning with light or decadent starters to share followed by silky homemade pastas, moving onto succulent hand-picked grilled meats and fresh fish and seafood, before finishing with sweet treats that range from classic to avant-garde.
